Daily & Error Logs

QSDA writes logs to the location specified in the Configuration dialog "Log Folder" setting.

Daily detailed logs are named:

qsda-service.<YYYY-MM-DD>.log

qsda-ui.<YYYY-MM-DD>.log

Daily Error logs are named:

qsda-service-errorlog.log

qsda-ui-errorlog.log

The Error logs contain a subset of critical messages from the daily logs. The log maintains about 60MB of messages and deletes older entries beyond that limit.

You can view the Error Logs from Admin > Error Log.

Audit Logs

QSDA writes monthly audit logs to the location specified in the Configuration dialog "Log Folder" setting. Audit logs are named:

qsda-service-audit-<YYYYMM>.log

qsda-ui-audit-<YYYYMM>.log

Logging Level

You can adjust the logging level to record more detailed information useful for diagnosing problems. For normal operation, use the default level of "Info".

Gathering Logs

Gather the most recent log files in a zip archive using Admin > Service Status > Support Files.
