Configure Connection Use

At the bottom of the Edit Connection page, the Connection Use section lets you control what uses are available for this connection.

For Analysis - If checked, this connection appears in the Connection dropdown on the Applist page.

For Login - If checked, this connection appears in the QSDA Login server selection list when a user must log in. For Login is available for Connection Types CERTIFICATE, QLIKLOGIN, and QCS using OAuth.

If you check For Login, QSDA offers the Install Login Extension button for CERTIFICATE or QLIKLOGIN connection types. You must install the Login Extension to use this connection as a Login Server.

When For Login is checked, users must allow popups in their browser session.
